I’ve always been someone who ‘over-listens’ a song or album and end up leaving it behind after finding a new one. The album WHAT KINDA MUSIC by Tom Misch and Yussef Dayes is not one of these. I was listening to the song ‘Kyiv’ off the album when I made the decision to pursue Graphic Design as a career. I wanted to depict the wide range of genres and over all vibes or feelings throughout this album.  The drums off this album have always stood out to me and decided to highlight his large drum kit on the cover to elude to what’s to come when listening.
